Haren comes off DL to start against Phillies

Dan Haren has been activated from the disabled list to start for the Washington nationals against Philadelphia on Monday night.

The right-hander was sidelined by right shoulder inflammation. He was 4-9 with a 6.15 ERA in 15 starts before going on the DL.

First baseman/outfielder Tyler Moore was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse to make room for Haren. Moore hit .151 with three homers and 14 RBIs in 42 games.
