For the second day in a row, Miami Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton went deep twice. After clubbing two home runs on Tuesday night against the New York Mets, Giancarlo Stanton took Jacob deGrom deep twice Wednesday, the second of which was the 200th of his career.

His first homer of the game, which came in the fourth inning, was also somewhat historic. ESPN measured it at 470 feet, making it the longest ever at Citi Field. In fact, Stanton now owns three of the four longest home runs at the ballpark.

After a horrendous start to the season, Stanton has picked it up. He now has 19 home runs and is batting a more respectable .231 after being below the Mendoza Line for part of the season.
