Cardinals activate Belisle from DL

CINCINNATI (AP) The St. Louis Cardinals have activated right-hander Matt Belisle from the disabled list.

Belisle had been out since June 26 with right elbow inflammation. He was 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA in 30 games before being sidelined.

St. Louis announced the move on Saturday.
