FLINT, Mich. (AP) Former Michigan State and NFL receiver Andre Rison has pleaded guilty to violating probation by failing to maintain child support payments and testing positive for marijuana.

A judge ordered Rison to continue probation. Prosecutors said they would seek prison time if Rison violates probation again.

Rison's attorney, Fred Meiers, told the court ''there won't be a problem again.''
