Hornets' coach had great interaction with Curry before beatdown

Golden State Warriors phenom Steph Curry scored 40 points against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night.

It was a masterful performance, and, according to the Charlotte Observer, beforehand Hornets' head coach Steve Clifford already knew what was coming:

Curry is now at the level where he's crushing people's confidence before games even start. It's both insane and understandable. He's that good, and it doesn't seem like he'll be slowing down anytime soon.

Before the game, Curry encountered Hornets’ coach Steve Clifford in an arena hallway. “How you doing?” Curry asked. “Good,” Clifford said. Clifford thought that. “Not so good,” he said. “You’re here.”
