Cavs reportedly found Curry's 'champagne' remark to be 'disrespectful'

In advance of Monday night's Finals rematch between the Warriors and the Cavaliers, Stephen Curry reminisced about the last time he was at the Q, when Golden State clinched the NBA title last June.
"Obviously, walking in the locker room, it'll be good memories," Curry said. "Hopefully, it still smells a little bit like champagne."
This sounds more like a walk down memory lane than it does like any real attack on the Cavaliers, but according to Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com, some anonymous players chose to view it as a slight.
Sources are telling cleveland.com that members of the Cavaliers have taken exception to the quote and viewed it as "disrespectful."
When LeBron James finished up his media address after shootaround this morning, he walked away asking reporters why no one asked him about Curry's comments. He said he had an answer for it.
A short time after his quote made the rounds, Curry took to Twitter to basically tell everyone to relax.

Cleveland is healthy at the moment and rolling, while the Warriors have dropped two of their last three. There won't be any excuses for the Cavaliers to point to if they're unable to get the win this time, but if they really feel that Curry was taking shots, they won't have to wait very long for the chance to do something about it.
