Published Jul. 25, 2013 6:05 p.m. ET

Colorado Rockies star Carlos Gonzalez left Thursday's game against Miami after aggravating a sprain on the middle finger on his right hand.

The team listed Gonzalez as day to day.

Gonzalez has been dealing with the injury since July 7 when he hurt his finger during an at-bat against Arizona.

The outfielder was lifted for pinch-hitter Jordan Pacheco in the bottom of the fourth. Gonzalez came into the game batting .298 with 26 home runs and 67 RBIs.
