Pirates pacing Kang

Jung Ho Kang is not a full-fledged starter, but there's been no shortage of playing time for the first year Major Leaguer.

Kang is used to the 128-game Korean schedule so as he continues to get acclamated to the American game, the Pirates are trying to ease up on his workload.

"He's pulling a big wagon behind him," Pirates manager Clint Hurdle told Pirates.com. "Every once in a while, we need to give him a break, sit him down, so he doesn't have to pull that wagon."
