Pirates activate Presley

The Pittsburgh Pirates have activated outfielder Alex Presley and optioned first baseman Matt Hague to Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday.

Presley had been on the seven-day concussion disabled list since July 5. He went 4 for 8 with two runs scored in two games on a rehab assignment with Indianapolis.

Presley was in the starting lineup leading off and playing left field against the Colorado Rockies.

In 60 games with the Pirates, Presley is hitting .242 with six homers and 13 RBIs.

Hague has had three stints with the Pirates this season and has hit .229 in 30 games with seven RBIs.
