Padres recall OF Durango from Portland

The San Diego Padres recalled rookie outfielder Luis Durango from Triple-A Portland on Tuesday.

Durango replaces right-handed pitcher Luis Perdomo, who was optioned back to Portland following Sunday's game at Seattle. Perdomo was with the Padres just one day following his recall from Portland.

Durango hit .545 with six hits in 11 at-bats in September for San Diego. Durango hit .305 with one triple and 10 RBIs in 41 games with Portland.
