TORONTO (AP) The Baltimore Orioles have activated right-hander Kevin Gausman off the 15-day disabled list to start against the Blue Jays, and selected right-hander Mychal Givens from Double-A Bowie.

To make room on the roster, the Orioles optioned right-handers Mike Wright and Tyler Wilson to Triple-A Norfolk and transferred right-hander Jason Garcia to the 60-day DL.

Wright has lost his past three starts, while Wilson worked 5 2-3 innings in relief of Wright on Friday.

It's the first start of the season for Gausman, who made eight relief appearances before landing on the DL with a sore shoulder. Givens is a converted shortstop who went 3-1 with a 1.60 ERA and 12 saves in 23 games at Bowie.
