McCutchen: 'I'm feeling good, so the outcome will be there'

Andrew McCutchen is in the middle of an offensive rut, but instead of stressing about it the Pirates All-Star has a more laid back approach.

“That's baseball … it's a game of adjustments. I'll get there, it's a matter of time,” McCutchen told Pirates.com. “I'm not focused on the outcome, just on the feeling. And I'm feeling good, so the outcome will be there. Long as I feel good, I'll get results.”

Despite their slumping superstar the Pirates have been playing well, but it still wouldn't hurt to get McCutchen back on track.

However, just as McCutchen noted, the results will come. And when they do, chances are McCutchen's play will once again vault him into All-Star and MVP considerations.
