Mariners' Fister to come off DL Saturday

Mariners manager Don Wakamatsu says Doug Fister will return to the rotation on Saturday in Milwaukee.

Fister threw a bullpen session before Wednesday night's game against the Chicago Cubs. The right-hander has been out with tightness and fatigue in his pitching shoulder. His last start was May 31.

Fister has been a surprise for the pitching-rich Mariners. He is 3-3 with a 2.45 ERA through 10 starts.
