Lester gets BoSox much-needed win vs. ChiSox

If Jon Lester's strikeout milestone was "pretty cool," his seven shutout innings for the Boston Red Sox were pretty important.

Lester allowed four hits and Boston, boosted by home runs from Mike Lowell and Victor Martinez, beat the Chicago White Sox 6-1 Sunday.

Lester fanned eight and became just the 10th different Boston pitcher to reach the 200-strikeout plateau.
