Jay throws Cano Belgium b-day bash

Yankees All-Star Robinson Cano, the most coveted free agent on the market, is ballin' with Jay Z like he's gonna be baseball's first $300 million man.

The rapper/sports agency mogul threw a big birthday bash for his star client this week in Belgium, where Jay was performing. They were poppin' gold bottles all night to celebrate his 31st.

But the topper was a rare and expensive gift that screamed swag. Jay reportedly gave Cano a special limited edition gold "Shawn Carter" edition Hublot watch (he has an endorsement deal with them) that comes with a $34,000 price tag and is one of only 100.

No word on what Hal Steinbrenner gave Cano.
