Philadelphia 76ers draftee Jahlil Okafor definitely wouldn't need to use any "foreign substance" if he were a major-league pitcher.
A week after being drafted by the Sixers, Okafor threw out the first pitch at the Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday.

As he posed for photos with a baseball in hand, Okafor reminded us of just how big his hands are, as he makes a major-league baseball look like a golf ball.
