Is Rangers' Andrus statistically the 'worst' shortstop in MLB?

Despite being signed to a lucrative long-term contract, 26-year-old Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus has yet to make good on the deal. As the Dallas Morning News reported, he's off to another statistically rough start in 2015. 

When compared to his peers, Andrus ranks 28th in Wins Above Replacement (WAR) among qualifying shortstops in the league, leaving him with much to be improved this season.
