Here's what you'd do if you found a live chicken in your locker

A baseball locker room is not a place for the faint-hearted. Nor is it a place for a live chicken to be pecking about.

As the fictional character Willie Mays Hayes put it "Cerrano's looking for some extra power for tonight. He's looking to sacrifice a live chicken. Man, we can't have people puking in the locker room before the game!"

Fortunately for a San Francisco Giants minor-league team, no chicken was sacrificed and (as far as we know) nobody threw up when teammates decided to prank each other by stuffing live chickens in each others' lockers.

Luckily for us, 2013 draft pick Nick Jones filmed the reaction and posted it to his Instagram account.

And just in case you doubt that there was a chicken in there, Shane Loux confirmed the bird's existence in a tweet.

Word is still out on whether the Garnier Fructis "Disorder" styling gel is just well-marketed product placement or not.

Oh, and just in case you are wondering where they procured these live chickens, here's Loux's response.
