Dodgers OF Ethier scratched with back stiffness

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier was scratched from the starting lineup Saturday against Seattle because of mild stiffness in his back.

Ethier felt discomfort during morning batting practice. The problem isn't thought to be serious.

Ethier is 5 for 8 with four RBIs in four spring training games.
