Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper was out of Sunday's lineup against Milwaukee a day after getting hit on the left leg by a 95-mph fastball.

A team spokeswoman said the slugger was just getting a day off. Harper hobbled off the field after getting hit on the inside of his left leg above the knee in the ninth inning Saturday on a pitch from Brewers reliever Michael Blazek.
