ST. LOUIS (AP) Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Khris Davis underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee and will be sidelined 4-6 weeks.

Dr. William Raasch, the team physician, removed a torn meniscus in Tuesday's procedure.

Davis was placed on the 15-day disabled list Sunday, a day after he was injured making an awkward swing while striking out in the first inning against Arizona.

He is batting .250 with five homers and 16 RBIs in 46 games.
