2026 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Highlights: Florida Upset, St. John's Moves On

The 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament continued Sunday with the final slate of Round of 32 games.

Kicking things off, No. 2 seed Purdue was able to fend off No. 7 seed Miami (Fla.), and No. 2 seed Iowa State took care of business against No. 7 seed Kentucky. Things got wild later in the afternoon, as No. 5 seed St. John's beat No. 4 seed Kansas on a buzzer-beating layup, No. 6 seed Tennessee outlasted No. 3 seed Virginia and No. 9 seed Iowa stunned top-seeded and defending champion Florida.

In the evening slate, No. 1 seed Arizona topped No. 9 seed Utah State and No. 2 seed UConn crushed No. 7 seed UCLA. Closing out the night, No. 4 seed Alabama thrashed No. 5 seed Texas Tech.
