Impact Stillwell is still waiting on an additional year of eligibility via the injunction process, but if he's approved to play in 2026-27 - as many players seeking a preliminary injunction already have been - he'll take his talents to Lubbock. Last season at UCF, the 6-foot-8 forward averaged 11.7 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.1 steals.

Josiah Moseley - Breakout candidate for 2026-27 Moseley is a breakout candidate for Iowa State's 2026-27 season, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact Even though Moseley's 2025-26 season includes fewer than 15 games, it is not because of the junior's ability but due to his health. Since mid-February, he has logged a regular role. Despite logging fewer than 15.0 minutes per game, he also averaged 5.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks, plus rates for his allotted time. Now that LeJuan Watts is no longer part of Texas Tech, perhaps Moseley's role and subsequent output can significantly improve.

Impact Anderson was cleared for the NCAA Tournament despite suffering a groin injury in the Big 12 Tournament, but it ended up having no bearing on his minutes total over two games. He scored 18 in the opener, but had a tough shooting day in the Round of 32, getting held to single digits for just the third time this season. He was sound defensively, picking up eight steals over the Red Raiders' brief tournament run. It's now up to coach Grant McCasland to keep Anderson in Lubbock, as the talented point guard will undoubtedly have plenty of suitors heading into his third collegiate season.

Impact Despite entering the NCAA Tournament with an injury scare from the Big 12 tournament, Watts put forth a combined 30 points and 13 boards in two rounds of The Big Dance. It was enough to get past Akron, but Texas Tech ultimately couldn't overcome its overall injury woes, as the Red Raiders were ran out of the gym by Alabama. If Watts chooses to stick around for his senior season -- which is no guarantee given he's been to three schools in as many years -- he could see more offensive opportunities, depending on the status of JT Toppin (knee).
