Impact Bidunga controlled the paint, needing just 18 minutes to post 19 points, 10 boards and three blocks for his fifth double double of the season. All of Bidunga's production came from either inside the paint or at the free-throw line as he bullied the Tigers down low. Impact Peterson's brief but recent history of hamstring problems suggests another one came up Saturday, especially because some form of lower-body injury prevented Kansas from using him at the end of a close 77-76 win at North Carolina State. Self clarified Peterson's injury Monday, saying that the freshman was dealing with quadricep-related cramps, them being why the head coach was not comfortable with using his superstar in crunch time against NCSU. While far from great, quad cramping looks like a much more workable problem than hamstring aggravation, so perhaps the former should not be a problem come KU's upcoming game Tuesday against Towson.
