Christian Wood - Ruled out for Tuesday's gameWood (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports.
ImpactWood has been sidelined since undergoing an arthroscopic procedure on his left knee in March, and he'll remain sidelined as the Lakers begin postseason play Tuesday. It's unclear if he'll be available at any point if the team advances in the postseason.

Jarred Vanderbilt - Remains outVanderbilt (foot) has been ruled out for Tuesday's Play-In game against the Pelicans.
ImpactVanderbilt's defensive efforts were a key part of the Lakers' run to the Western Conference championship last season. However, he has been unavailable for most of 2023-24, playing just 29 regular-season games (six appearances). Vanderbilt hasn't played since Feb. 1, so his continued absence shouldn't impact coach Darvin Ham's rotation.

LeBron James - Probable for TuesdayJames (ankle) is probable for Tuesday's Play-In Tournament matchup against the Pelicans, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports.
ImpactJames continues to deal with left ankle peroneal tendinopathy, but he'll likely be able to suit up as the Lakers begin postseason play Tuesday. He appeared in the team's final three regular-season games and averaged 32.7 points, 11.0 assists, 9.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals in 38.3 minutes per game.

Anthony Davis - Officially questionableDavis (back) is questionable for Tuesday's Play-In game against the Pelicans.
ImpactDavis landed awkwardly after a collision with Larry Nance during a rebounding attempt during Sunday's regular-season finale versus New Orleans and experienced hip and back spasms, knocking him out for the final five minutes of a blowout win. After the game, Davis and coach Darvin Ham downplayed the injury, but the Lakers' medical staff will have the final say on the big man's availability for Tuesday's rematch. Before leaving, Davis dominated the Pelicans, posting 30 points (13-17 FG), 11 rebounds and two steals in 33 minutes.
