ImpactWhile there hasn't been any official designation for Porzingis's return, the wrap on his ankle and the lopsided score makes it seem likely that he will remain on the bench. Luke Kornet started the second half in his place and Neemias Queta should see more action.

Dennis Schroder - Making first start as NetSchroder will join the first unit for Wednesday's game against the Celtics.
ImpactIn just his third game with Brooklyn, Schroder will enter the starting lineup, replacing Ben Simmons (knee) at the point guard slot. In his two appearances since being dealt to the Nets, Schroder is averaging 12.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 7.5 assists across 29.5 minutes.

Sam Hauser - Gets starting nod WednesdayHauser will start Wednesday's game against the Nets.
ImpactWith Jaylen Brown (shoulder) and Al Horford (toe) sidelined, Hauser will draw a spot start, joining Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, Jayson Tatum and Kristaps Porzingis in the first unit. Across his previous five starts this season, Hauser has averaged 7.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 34.4 minutes per game.

Jaylen Brown - Won't play against BrooklynBrown (shoulder) is out for Wednesday's game versus the Nets, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
ImpactBrown has been downgraded from questionable to out Wednesday due to a right shoulder contusion. Sam Hauser will likely receive increased playing time in his absence. Brown's next chance to suit up will come after the All-Star Break on Feb. 22 against Chicago.

Day'Ron Sharpe - Strong per-minute producer in returnSharpe (knee) tallied six points (2-3 FG, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and one assist across nine minutes in Tuesday's 118-110 loss to the Celtics.
ImpactIn his return from a 15-game absence due to a hyperextended left knee, Sharpe was a plus-3 during his time on the court and produced quality numbers, but he may not have a pathway to consistently see 15-plus minutes off the bench while the Nets have all of their key frontcourt options available. However, Sharpe is off the injury report for Wednesday's rematch with Boston and could face less of a challenge for the backup minutes behind starting center Nic Claxton, as Ben Simmons (knee) is resting for the second leg of a back-to-back set.
