The NFL has strict rules against players wearing custom cleats during games, but Cordarrelle Patterson tried something new before Sunday's matchup against the Cardinals: custom socks.
The Vikings receiver took the field for warm-ups wearing socks that had a picture of himself on them.
Unfortunately for Patterson, these were unlikely to make it to the game because there are socks rules, too.

Perhaps, though, this is the kind of confidence boost the Vikings need on offense. Because nothing screams confidence like wearing socks with yourself on them.
