Will the Mavericks pursue Danny Green this summer?

The Mavericks have plenty of cap space and several roster spots in need of filling. Their summer will be a busy one.
But which players should they specifically target? There's so much talent set to hit the open market in July, and Dallas should be focused on just a few players they can reasonably obtain. This column by Bleacher Report's Vytis Lasaitis mentions several options, including San Antonio Spurs guard Danny Green:
"Green is one of the best off-the-ball marksmen in the league. He is a 42 percent career three-point shooter, is a nightmare to chase around screens and has just enough off-the-dribble bounce to punish defenders who close out hard on him. He is also an elite defender capable of checking both guard positions."
If Monta Ellis opts out, Green would be a perfect replacement. He's a much better defender and outside shooter, and would do wonders in Rick Carlisle's magical offense. It almost makes too much sense.
