Will Philadelphia buy out Dario Saric's European contract?

The Philadelphia 76ers selected Dario Saric in last year's NBA draft, but he's yet to make his debut and nobody knows yet when it will be. The 6'10" Croatian has serious talent and is destroying his European competition, but it still may be another year before he comes to the United States.
Here's why the Sixers may want to bring him over sooner than later, per Rant Sports:
"Saric currently is under contract to Anadolu Efes Istanbul of the Turkish League for another full season, but money talks and Turkish League walks. The Sixers have a bottomless pit of money, and the Anadolu could use some so a little persuasiveness on the part of GM Sam Hinkie takes Saric a long way, maybe 5,000 miles. Saric’s year in Euro ball proves he does not need another. He averaged 9.9 points and 4.7 rebounds a game, but that does not tell the whole story. He figures to be a lot more productive playing alongside a front line with a couple of similar-sized lottery picks which creates impossible matchup problems."
There's no doubt that Saric has the playmaking ability to be a real difference maker in Philadelphia. Think about a younger, more athletic, faster version of Boris Diaw. But the Sixers aren't ready to win right now, nor should they be too excited about starting the clock on Saric's NBA contract.
When the 21-year-old gets to the NBA, he gets to the NBA. At the moment, there's no real rush.
