Why did Marc Gasol miss consecutive practices?

When a superstar like Marc Gasol misses two practices in a row, there's reasonable cause for concern, especially when he hasn't had to play any meaningful basketball in a couple weeks.

This does not sound very serious, but, still, how worried should the Memphis Grizzlies be about their free-agent-to-be? He's their most important player, and losing him for any significant stretch of time right now could prevent Memphis from holding home-court. Stay tuned.
