What you need to know about the 76ers' chances in the NBA lottery

Tuesday night is basically the 76ers' equivalent of the NBA Finals. Philly could end up with three lottery picks if all the ping pong balls go its way. Here's what you need to know.
• The 76ers finished the year 18-64, the third-worst record behind the Timberwolves and Knicks, respectively.
• Philly has 156 of the 1,000 ping pong balls in the lottery. For those of you who aren't good at math, that gives them a 15.6 percent chance of garnering the first overall pick.
• The Sixers also own the Heat's and Lakers' first-rounders, but both those selections have protection on them. You can learn about the details of those picks here.
In the end, there's a chance Philly could end up with the first, sixth and 11th selections in June's draft. Could you imagine how many injured collegiate superstars general manager Sam Hinkie could take in that scenario?
