Sacramento Kings Defeat Maccabi Haifa in Golden 1 Center's Christening

The night has finally come where the fans of the Sacramento Kings can see their team play in a new home arena, and to their fortune, they saw the purple and white come out with a victory.
Tonight’s 135-96 win is the first for Sacramento in this year’s preseason, and although it was against an inferior Maccabi Haifa team the Kings did it right in tonight’s christening of the new Golden 1 Center.
Notable players from the Sacramento Kings tonight were DeMarcus Cousins who recorded 14 points and 4 rebounds, Ben McLemore who scored 18 points, and Ty Lawson who recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists.
The Kings are now 1-2 for the preseason, only three more games until the regular season is in session. The Kings are also undefeated so far when playing in their new arena. Let’s hope that continues until April…
