Never underestimate whatever qualifies as the American basketball system to produce relatively small guys with the capacity to dribble like fiends and fly past defenders lurking between them and future endorsement glory.

Please note that this recommendation still applies when our roundball nation is required to send the occasional prospect overseas for a year.
