Report: NBA stars enjoy night out in NYC

The NBA stars were in Manhattan over the weekend to take part in bargaining sessions to try to settle the lockout, but it did not stop them from enjoying a late night out, the New York Post reported Monday.
On Friday night Carmelo Anthony held court, playing host to Miami Heat stars LeBron James and Dwyane Wade and Boston Celtics duo Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.
Anthony took them to the five-year anniversary party of Meatpacking hotspot Tenjune, where they were treated to a DJ set by Swizz Beatz.
According to an insider at the club, "The towering athletes parted the crowd, with Carmelo leading the pack."
And, "Despite the standstill and frustration regarding the current lockout, all of the guys were in great spirits, most notably Carmelo."
Melo got behind the DJ booth to join Swizz at the Liquid Lightning-sponsored bash while giving shout-outs to owners Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum.
