Report: Lakers interested in free agent big man Kevin Seraphin

The Los Angeles Lakers didn't quite get everything the wanted this offseason, but things could have gone a lot worse. The one-year rental of Roy Hibbert should work out okay, as Hibbert is still one of the better defensive centers in the league. Drafting D'Angelo Russell was a slick move, too.
Yes, the Lakers missed on their big free agency targets (not to mention rumored trade discussions), but all in all, this was a positive offseason for Los Angeles. And the team isn't done bolstering its depth yet, according to Yahoo! Sports' Marc Spears, who reports that the Lakers are interested in Washington Wizards big man Kevin Seraphin.
Seraphin averaged 6.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in 15.6 minutes for the Wizards last season. He's spent his entire professional career in Washington to this point. With Jordan Hill on his way to the Indiana Pacers, Seraphin could provide sorely needed backup big man depth for the Lakers alongside and behind Roy Hibbert.
