Paul George sends flowers, apology note to fan hit in face with ball he kicked


Indiana Pacers forward Paul George was involved in a regrettable incident on Saturday night when he kicked an out-of-bounds ball near the baseline that struck a fan in the face.
Immediately after, the 26-year-old approached the fan and gave her a hug and apologized. According to FOX59, George went one step further and sent the woman a note and flowers:
"Lindsey, I'm sorry for the ball hitting you at the game on Saturday!" George writes. "It was not intentional. I hope you are feeling okay. Paul George."
Per Nate Taylor, George spoke with the league office and is expected to bet fined but not suspended.
