Nets sign veteran Dahntay Jones

NEW YORK (AP) The Brooklyn Nets have signed veteran swingman Dahntay Jones.
Jones played last season for the Los Angeles Clippers. He was the No. 20 pick in the 2003 draft and has also played for Memphis, Sacramento, Denver, Indiana, Dallas and Atlanta, averaging 5.4 points in 622 games.
Terms of the deal announced Thursday were not disclosed.
