NBA Playoff Central: Conference finals results

LeBron James is just four wins from justifying his latest Decision.
With their 118-88 victory over the Hawks on Tuesday night, the Cleveland Cavaliers swept Atlanta out of the Eastern Conference finals and thus, for the fifth consecutive season, James is in the NBA Finals, which start June 4.
James and his Cavs will face reigning MVP Stephen Curry and his Warriors in the Finals. Golden State finished Houston 104-90 in Game 5 on Wednesday night.
The Warriors own three NBA titles, but the last one was in 1975 and the first two (1947 and '56) were when the franchise was in Philadelphia. This is the Warriors' first trip to the Western Conference finals since back-to-back showings in 1975 and '76. The Cavs, meanwhile, have never won an NBA title.
