Kim K., Humphries in divorce dispute

Both Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are said to be willing to officially end their short marriage with an annulment rather than a divorce, but only if the other admits to fraud, TMZ reported Saturday.
Kardashian believes that Humphries should admit to fraud because he promised to live with her in Hollywood but then said he wanted to move to his native Minnesota.
Meanwhile, the New Jersey Nets player believes his estranged wife only married him as a publicity stunt and never intended to make it work, so she should admit to fraud.
Kardashian, who was married to Humphries for 72 days before she filed for divorce, denies doing anything fraudulent and has vowed to spend whatever is necessary to win the case if Humphries continues to insist that she confesses to fraud.
Another sticking point holding the high-profile case up is Humphries' demand for $7 million from Kardashian, which she is contesting because the couple's prenup does not entitle the basketball star to any money, according to TMZ.
Kardashian, 31, and Humphries, 27, married Aug. 20 in a lavish ceremony that was broadcast on cable network E! and attracted more than 10 million viewers. The reality TV star announced she was filing for divorce less than three months later, citing "irreconcilable differences."
