Score a round for Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade in his legal battle with former partners in a failed restaurant venture.

A federal judge has dismissed a $90 million lawsuit claiming that Wade violated antitrust laws by walking away from the D. Wade's Place enterprise.

Wade's former partners contended Wade sought to monopolize sales of memorabilia and personalized items. The judge rejected that, noting that consumers can buy merchandise featuring other NBA stars and celebrities.

The partners' attorney said Tuesday an amended lawsuit will be filed containing new arguments. Wade still faces a breach of contract lawsuit stemming from the restaurant venture.

Wade said in a statement he was pleased the judge found no basis for the lawsuit.
