Darius Johnson-Odom and Jimmy Butler each scored 20 points and Marquette overwhelmed DePaul 94-64 on Tuesday night, handing the Blue Demons their 19th straight Big East loss.

Jae Crowder added 18 points and Marquette used a 12-0 run at the end of the first half to turn a back-and-forth beginning into a big blowout.

Marquette (13-6, 4-2) squandered an 18-point lead with less than 6 minutes to go in a 71-70 loss at Louisville on Saturday, but there was no repeat performance.

DePaul (6-12, 0-6) has been the Big East's worst team in recent years, losing 42 of its last 43 conference games with the only victory a one-point win last year over Marquette. Freshman Cleveland Melvin led DePaul with 20 points.
