Jimmy Butler calls it 'an honor' to play with Team USA

Jimmy Butler was a surprise addition to the 34-man USA Basketball minicamp roster, perhaps getting the call once his Chicago Bulls teammate Derrick Rose made a somewhat last-minute decision to sit this one out.
Butler has always been humble and self-deprecating when talking about his skill set, but joining Tea USA for workouts in Las Vegas this week may finally have him feeling as though he truly belongs.
"You've seen guys who have made their mark on this league and you've seen a lot of guys who have gold medals, so it's just an honor to be here," said Butler, via K.C. Johnson of The Chicago Tribune.
"You hear guys saying and making jokes about how they don't want to be guarded by me," Butler said. "And they're honored by how many minutes I play and still how hard I play. That's really cool.
"I'm out here with some of the best players in the world. It's humbling but it also makes me smile. Maybe I am a pretty good basketball player."
