Hoiberg thinking about re-inserting Joakim Noah into starting lineup

Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg has already shown a level of flexibility where his lineups are concerned, replacing the ineffective Tony Snell with Doug McDermott after five regular season contests.
He may be making another change soon, reinserting Joakim Noah as a starter while sending Nikola Mirotic to the bench.
It's worth noting that this may not impact the total number of minutes each player plays, and could simply be about looking for ways to find the optimal combinations of talent that can play the best together.
But after disappointing losses to Charlotte and Minnesota with a nice win over the Thunder in between, it's clear that Hoiberg will keep tinkering until a level of consistency can be reached.
Fred Hoiberg said following the morning shootaround that no lineup changes were planned for Monday's game against the winless 76ers.

But Joakim Noah worked with the starters at the shootaround, Nikola Mirotic acted coy when asked if he's still starting and a source said Hoiberg is strongly considering inserting Noah for Mirotic.
"Not necessarily. We’ve thought a lot about it," Hoiberg said. "When you’ve had the inconsistencies that we’ve had early on in the season, you think a lot about those things. Maybe if you do change the lineup, it’s more to change the rhythm of a guy. It’s not necessarily a demotion or anything like that. It’s just to change the overall rhythm."
