Hassan Whiteside ranked 10th among centers in NBA 2K16
Hassan Whiteside had some gripes about his NBA 2K15 rating. He must be pretty happy about the improvement for this year.
2K Sports released its official list of top centers for the soon-to-be-released NBA 2K16, and guess who snuck into the top 10...
Whiteside declared he was trying to improve his 2K rating after a ridiculous 14-point, 13-rebound, 12-block performance, which started to set him on the scene.
"I'm just trying to really get my NBA 2K rating up," he said in a postgame interview.
He wasn't done acknowledging 2K after that, either. Tuesday provided the announcement that Whiteside made it into the top-10 centers, but we already knew his overall rating would be 81 for some time now. And we know he knew, too.
How? Because of this tweet he fired off in August.
Now, let's see if he actually plays like an 81 in the upcoming season.
