DALLAS (AP) Houston's James Harden will miss his second straight game with a bruised thumb on his shooting hand when the Rockets play at Dallas on Wednesday night.

The Rockets beat San Antonio without Harden on Tuesday but have a season-high streak of three straight games without scoring 100 points.

Harden injured his left thumb in a loss at Memphis on Saturday. He is seventh in the NBA at 23.7 points per game.

It will be the eighth game Harden has missed this season. He has also dealt with injuries to his left foot and ankle.
