Grizzlies, Mike Conley reportedly agree in principle to 5-year, $153M blockbuster deal

The Memphis Grizzlies and Mike Conley have agreed in principle to a five-year, $153 million deal, according to multiple reports. 

The two sides are said to be in the process of finalizing an agreement. 

Once signed, Conley's will be the richest contract in NBA history. 

The Grizzlies were long intent on keeping their point guard, who has spent his entire nine-year career in Memphis. The team even went so far as to get part-owner Justin Timberlake to cameo in a tribute video.

The 28-year-old Conley averaged 15.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists last season.
