The Memphis Grizzlies have closed out the 2013 NBA draft by selecting Janis Timma, a small forward from Latvia with the 60th and final pick.
Timma, 6-foot-8, played for Ventspils of the Latvian League last season, averaging 10.6 points and 5.7 rebounds last season.
The Grizzlies had only three picks in the draft - all in the second round. They selected Jamaal Franklin, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from San Diego State, with the 41st pick, and Joffrey Lauvergne, a power forward from France, with the 55th selection.
Lauvergne's rights are expected to go to the Denver Nuggets in a trade that will also include forward Darrell Arthur for Nuggets 7-foot center Kosta Koufos.
