The Denver Nuggets recent draft pick Malik Beasley has used his newly-found NBA platform to inspire the next generation and other NBA players.
With the 19th pick in the NBA Draft, Malik Beasley heard his name announced. He then proceeded to walk up to the platform and capture this picture with NBA commissioner Adam Silver.
This was a dream come true for Malik, who has recently signed a deal with Nike. Beasley was a standout shooting guard at Florida State University, but he fell to 19 in the draft partially due to a leg injury. He is now with the team and healthier than ever.
Beasley has been one of several Nuggets players that are under 23, and he will help them continue their youth movement.
The Denver Nuggets recently went to training camp in Omaha, Nebraska- where Malik has made quite the impact.

The Boys & Girls

Boys and Girls get excited and remember an NBA player that would come into see them, and Beasley took time that he could have been with him family or training to see them.
This shows more than just who Malik Beasley is, it shows how he was raised and how he will continue to use his platform to inspire those all around him.
While he is just one of several Denver Nuggets that were active in the community, it is always good to see and be able to report on things such as these. More about what he did and how long he was their is blurry, and we will give an updated version of this if more news comes out about it. But, don’t keep your hopes up.
Either way this is just one way that Malik Beasley has show that he can inspire others. Now let’s check out the other way.

We Talking Bout College?
While not a huge inspiration, this is still a point to note.
I am currently enrolled in college, and I am engaged in multiple other activities, but playing in the NBA? I could not even get close to doing both.
This little tweet from a while ago was somehow brought up on my timeline, and I knew what I had to do.
This should inspire not only people in college currently, but those NBA players that never earned their degree.
Beasley will continue to inspire, and he hopefully will get some time to show off him incredible basketball talent too!
