The Denver Nuggets are heading into this season with a flourishing array of young talent.

They head to Toronto tomorrow for their first preseason game as they just finished up training camp in Omaha, Nebraska.

This rank is surprising to see.

Stein ranked the Nuggets lower than teams like New Orleans, which lost two key role players in Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson, and Sacramento, which is still at a lose for a quality point guard. But, the Denver Nuggets have seen these rankings before, and they view this season as a playoff or bust.

The Suns, Lakers, Sixers, and Nets were the only four teams which ranked lower than the Nuggets.

The Nuggets inner-division opponents all ranked in the top 16. The Timberwolves were the team that was ranked 16. Besides them, the Jazz, Thunder, and Blazers were all ranked in the top 10.

The Nuggets’ Northwest division could easily be the best division in basketball.
