Charlotte Hornets: Frank Kaminsky Really Loves Skittles

Charlotte Hornets’ second-year big man, Frank Kaminsky, really loves Skittles and you should be jealous because Skittles loves him back.

If you’re on social media and follow Frank Kaminsky, you know by know that he is one crazy, hilarious, and random dude. That trend has not yet ceased as the Charlotte Hornets‘ big man apparently has an obsession with Skittles. The candy giant not only loves him back but they also made him a customized basketball hoop for his bathtub.

The customized hoop that Skittles made for Frank is on his bathtub wall and dispenses skittles each time a ball goes through the hoop. Kaminsky shared his amazing Skittles themed basketball hoop on Twitter with him in the bathtub covered in bags of his favorite candy. It is honestly a sight to behold but none of this surprises anyone who has folded Kaminsky’s career.

“The Tank” is one of the funniest players on the Charlotte Hornets’ roster and in the NBA. He burst onto the scene last season when he did some ridiculous dance moves in front of a crowded arena in China during the preseason. That rookie performance has been followed up by multiple jokes, funny videos, and now this Skittles’ basketball hoop.

This basketball hoop that dispenses Skittles is probably one of the best inventions of the 21st Century. I just want to know where I can buy one and how much because I will pay any amount of money. Kaminsky may only be in his second season in the NBA but he already has the Skittles hookups of a savvy veteran.

Darren Rovell of ESPN shared some of information about the hoop and it apparently hold “three pounds” of Skittles. Frank tweeted that he’s “the only person in the whole world that owns a Skittles dispensing basketball hoop.” If that’s true, he is one lucky man. You know you’ve made it once you have a basketball hoop that dispenses your favorite candy in your bathtub.

Multiple fans reacted with appropriate responses to Kaminsky’s awesome Skittles’ hoop. NBA writer, Alex Kennedy, said that “I’ve never been this jealous of someone in my life.” Same, Alex. Same.

Props to Frank Kaminsky for having this in his bathtub. He is probably the only player on the Charlotte Hornets that I could ever imagine having this anyways. Considering that he only had 15 total dunks last season, maybe this will improve his dunking game for the 2015-16 campaign.
